LevelMore Contract: A multi-purpose, fast setting, 2-part levelling and smoothing compound

Kelmore’s LevelMore Contract is a multi-purpose, fast-setting, 2-part levelling and smoothing compound which can be applied from 2mm to 12mm in a single application. Designed for use on solid floors, including heated screeds, this dimensionally stable, superb flowing, protein-free product sets with an excellent surface finish and can be walked on after 2 hours. Resilient floor coverings can be fitted after 6 hours and porcelain, ceramic, and natural stone tiles can be fixed after 4 hours.

Mixing:
LevelMore Contract is a 2 part product, LevelMore Contract powder must only be mixed with LevelMore Contract liquid at a ratio of 20kg powder to 4.5 litres. Pour the LevelMore Contract liquid into a clean bucket. Gradually add the powder whilst mixing thoroughly with an electric paddle mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. The compound is ready for use immediately after mixing.

Application:
LevelMore Contract can be applied at a thickness of 2mm to 12mm in a single application. Pour the mixed compound onto the prepared floor before using a trowel or rake to regulate the thickness and guide the product into the desired areas. Whilst the product is still wet, the use of a *spiked roller can further enhance the surface finish by removing any trapped air.
*The use of a spiked roller is only recommended when the product has been applied at a thickness that will allow the
roller to roll freely through the compound.

Pumped Application:
LevelMore Contract can be pump applied using appropriate pumping equipment.

Coverage:
Coverage will vary depending on the background’s texture and the product’s application thickness. As a guide, a 20kg bag of LevelMore Contract powder mixed with 4.5 litres of LevelMore Contract liquid will provide the following approximate coverage:

For a 2mm thick adhesive bed, it will cover about 6.3m²
For a 3mm thick adhesive bed, it will cover about 4.2m²
For a 5mm thick adhesive bed, it will cover about 2.5m²
For a 10mm thick adhesive bed, it will cover about 1.26m²
For a 12mm thick adhesive bed, it will cover about 1.05m²
